Growing With You In Mind
Our team is lean and efficient; aka small (for now). While we have a team of designers and developers, we're not quite big enough to have a team of support agents. All support inquiries will be handled personally by our founder to ensure direct communication and making sure every problem gets addressed as we grow and build our service.
We believe that direct communication with our users will make sure nothing slips through the cracks and everyone feels heard.
What This Means For You
We may take a few more days to respond to a large influx of messages, but just know that we will make sure every email gets a response.
