The Real Estate Stitch Pack: 21 new hand-coded HTML and CSS stitches

The Real Estate Stitch Pack Is Live: 21 New Stitches, No Frameworks

house The CodeStitch Team August 4, 2026

Hand-coded HTML and CSS sections built for real estate websites: heroes, side-by-sides, pricing tables, category blog layouts and a set of all-new 404 pages. Plus 14 new dark modes across the library.

The Real Estate Stitch Pack is out now. 21 new stitches, built for the kind of work freelancers actually get paid for: the local estate agency that needs a site that loads fast, converts, and doesn't fall over on a phone.

It's a tighter pack than usual, because on a site like this a handful of sections do nearly all the work. A hero that opens with a search or a valuation prompt. A couple of trust-building side-by-sides. A clear services or pricing breakdown, then a strong closing CTA. All of it uses our normal design system, so it slots in next to any of the 2,000+ stitches we've released before now.

What's in the Real Estate Stitch Pack

Every stitch is the usual CodeStitch deal: hand-written, mobile-first, fully responsive HTML and CSS. No Tailwind, no Bootstrap, no build step. Nothing to un-learn before you can ship. Copy the markup, copy the CSS, swap the content and you're done.

HEROES

Real Estate Heroes

Opening sections built around property imagery and one clear next step: book a valuation, browse listings, get in touch.

SBS

Side-By-Sides

The workhorse. Image beside copy for "about the agency", local market credentials, and the selling or letting process.

WHY CHOOSE

Why Choose Us

Trust sections for the things that win instructions: years in the area, fees, sale times, accreditations.

PRICING

New Pricing Sections

Fresh pricing layouts for fee structures and service tiers, with sales, lettings and management side by side.

BLOG

Category Blog Posts

Category-based blog layouts, so the area guides and market updates that drive organic traffic have somewhere decent to live.

CTA

Call-To-Actions

Closing bands for valuation requests, viewing bookings, and landlord enquiries.

404

All-New 404 Pages

Something we've wanted to do for a while. Proper 404 designs rather than an afterthought, and useful on any project, not just real estate.

14 new dark modes, taking the library from 2 to 16

This is the part we're most pleased about. Dark mode has been on the list for a long time and, honestly, we had two stitches supporting it. Not exactly a feature.

Built the same way as everything else

Each dark mode ships as part of the stitch itself. Same hand-written CSS, scoped so you can toggle it or set it as the default. There's no second copy of the markup to keep in sync, and no framework config to fight.

Fourteen new dark modes works out at roughly one per hue on the color wheel, so there should be a palette that fits your client's branding.

The pack, section by section

All 21 are copy-paste ready. You can browse the full pack in the stitch library.

Why we started with real estate

Search for real estate website templates and you'll get page after page of Bootstrap themes and WordPress builds. They're fine, right up until the client asks for one small change and you're four dependencies deep in someone else's abstraction.

A real estate website design lives or dies on speed and mobile. Over half of property searches happen on a phone, and every framework you bolt on is weight you have to justify.

That's the gap we wanted to fill. If you're building a real estate agent website or an estate agency website for a local client, you want sections you can read, understand and edit in a text editor, and that hit 100/100 on Page Speed without a build pipeline. That's what a stitch is. Real estate is also one of the most reliably billable freelance niches going. Agents need lead capture, area pages and listings presentation, and they need all of it to look established.

What you can build with the pack

  • A full real estate landing page (hero, trust, process, pricing, CTA) assembled from stitches in an afternoon
  • Responsive property presentation sections for featured homes and recent sales
  • Area guides and market-update posts on the new category blog layouts, for the organic search side of a client's plan
  • Valuation and enquiry CTAs that actually capture leads instead of dead-ending
  • A real estate website without WordPress, or dropped into whichever stack you already like

Free and Pro

Some of the pack is free, as always. The majority, including dark mode, sits behind Pro.

Free

A selection of the new real estate stitches, available to anyone with a CodeStitch account. Enough to see how the pack is put together.

Pro

The full 21, every new dark mode, and the rest of the library. You also get your own saved Stitch Library to build a personal template collection from. See pricing.

Next up: the Roofing Stitch Pack, 1st September

We said we'd get back to shipping packs on a regular cadence, and this is the second step of that. Roofing lands 1st September. It's another trades-and-services niche where freelancers get steady work and the existing template options are thin.
